Request For Quotations - Service of Provision of Drinking Water Bottles Under One Year FWA (Fixed Price - During One year Contract)

Hope this Email finds you well,

ACTED is pleased to invite you to submit your quotation for providing a Service of Provision of Drinking Water Bottles Under One Year FWA for Acted Offices and their Guest Houses (Fixed Price - For One year Contract), as the attached Terms of Reference and RFQ documents.

The prospective bidders shall consider the following when sending their offers:

• The submission of the offer shall be by replying to the following email address (nour.salahaldeen@acted.org) no later than Wednesday, June 12 , 2024, at 17:00 (Amman Time) and the following email in CC (hamzeh.alnajjar@acted.org).
• No hardcopy submission will be considered in this procurement, only softcopy submission via Email is allowed, the size of one email should not exceed 10 MB
• No Samples submission with the offers at this stage, Acted may request samples in later stages.
• ACTED may conduct a site visit to the filling and storage station area in later stages.
• It is optional for the bidders to fill, sign and stamp the attached SUPPLIER ETHICAL FORM, GENERAL CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE and SUPPLIER QUESTIONNAIRE at this stage, however, the awarded supplier will be obligated to do so, filling, signing and stamping the 3 attachments at this stage will give the supplier a chance to be registered in ACTED supplier database for future reference.
• The price shall be detailed as mentioned in RFQ , also, the delivery cost shall be highlighted considering all locations, stated in TOR document.
• Business registration Certificate shall be submitted from the bidder side.
