RFP# 102032.001.25.230 - Investment Transaction Advisory (Capital Mobilization and Investment Readiness) Services
Q2 Impact/YGA is seeking an individual to perform the following services under the Catalytic Investment Fund at the Youth grow Activity:
1. Sourcing and Onboarding Eligible & Strong Pipeline of Youth Led and Youth Labor intensive SMEs and Start-ups seeking support in accessing capital and / or finance tools.
2. Transaction Advisory Services “TA”
3. Placement & Outreach This initiative is funded by the United States Government under the Youth Grow Activity.
Key Dates:
• Deadline for Questions: December 29, 2025
• Responses to Questions: December 31, 2025
• Proposal Submission Deadline: January 18, 2026
• Submit both the Technical and Financial Proposals to yga.procurement@q2impact.com (Proposals sent elsewhere will not be considered).
• Include the RFP number in the subject line.
