QED Group, LLC DBA Q2 Impact, invites eligible offerors to submit proposals for the following opportunity:

The Youth Grow Activity (YGA), implemented by Q2 Impact requests cost and technical proposals from qualified sports training providers to design and deliver a structured Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu training program to youth aged 12–16 at MoY Youth Centers.
This initiative is funded by the United States Government under the Youth Grow Activity.

• Responses to Questions: December 07, 2025
• Proposal Submission Deadline: December 09, 2025
